So I am going to really try to make this trip. My club is not going in june like usual since a few members are doing to 60th jeeper jambo in July.

So is anyone going in on Friday the 29th?

I'll probably be heading in on Friday night. Hopefully not showing up at camp at 3 AM again.

Yes this is true! I do like night wheeling a lot more on the rubicon though. We'll see, I am going to try to keep it to 2 AM from now on.

I already submitted my time off.

Looks like the snow levels are way down from the past couple of weeks. Should be an awesome weekend of campfires, wheeling and beers.

You guys have fun! Our group decided to go in the weekend before this one, to avoid any July 4th crazyness...

Here's my theory.

July 4th happens on a Wednesday this year. If it was me I would rather take off Thursday and Friday from work. that would be a 5 day weekend.

If you decided to take Monday and Tuesday off, you wouldn't be able to have much fun on 4th of july because you would be back at work Thursday morning.

I'm going to put money on it that July 4th - 8th will be obnoxiously busy, while the weekend of 28th/29th-1st will be dead.

sound logic... We are still going June 23-25th...
