          I am watching this part Karl, I may have to do this on the Drvrs side... Almost done with drivers floor.

            It was a lot easier to do than the floor pan. I’m waiting to weld it in place until I get frame and suspension done and remounted. To make sure it aligns properly.

                  I wire wheeled it and used an Eastwood horizontal sander. I didn’t get exotic with paint. Used rust oleum rust converter primer and spray can enamel. I’m not going for a show vehicle. Also bought Eastwood’s internal frame coating. Haven’t sprayed it inside yet. I have to repair frame that is in earlier pic. Click image for larger version

                      Thanks for the feedback Karl... I have used a lot of Eastwood stuff before... And some of the stuff they will not ship into this State anymore

                              Removed the ball joints from the steering knuckles. Rented tool from O’REilly’s Tool worked great. Now to clean off fifty years of oil and rust.
