                What would be the best way to treat this pitting? It’s not rusted bad enough to replace the panel. Thanks in advance.

                      If you are not doing a Concurs restoration... Treat the panel with SEM rust mort to stop and convert the rust, Prime and paint with epoxy primer, then cover with a bed liner or paint then a /carpet/mat.

                      For future sales, I also like to document the before and after looks so no one says that you are trying to hide anything with undercoating or bed liner.

                        I’m not doing this for resale. I want to know what’s the best way to treat. Fill holes, sand, prime and paint. Thanks it’s not going to be a mall princess. I’m not painting outside, hunting trips will scratch outside. Thanks

                          Like he said rust converter and epoxy primer is the way to go.

                              Yes I made it. I bought the metal from blue collar supply. Had it bent at a buddies sheet metal shop.
