Yes, the ride is much better. Still a truck, but exponentially better. Not sure what you are wanting to see exactly, but here is a picture of the difference between the stock shock mount and the new extended one with the shock installed. If there is something else you want to see please let me know and I will snap a picture.

I am curious about that rear bumper too. I was impressed when I saw the TBP bumpers in person a few years ago in Oregon and I would like to replace my homemade rear bumper sometime. Very interested in hearing about ease of operation and whether or not it's quiet when cruising around with your spare installed. I like the looks!1970 Bronco

I’m going to have to report back on performance with a spare mounted as I haven’t added one yet. I have only put one of my wheels for n first r a test fit. It is very sturdy, swings very solid and smooth, zero rattles (without a spare mounted at this point), and locking cam cinches it down solid (also adjustable). Plan on adding the spare, hi-lift jack, and possibly a rotopax this winter. I saw this one at Tom’s event may do a similar install.

Had my proportioning valve fail this weekend. Pedal got spongy then the brake warning light would come on every time I pressed the pedal. Reservoir for the rear brakes was empty when I stopped to check it. Finally found the leak on the proportioning valve. Fluid coming out of what looks like a weep hole when the pedal is pressed.

Been a few months since I checked in since I haven’t been doing much in upgrades. I did regear the 9” about a month ago to 4.11’s from the 3.50. I didn’t set up the 9”, I had a coworker do it. Seems to be just right with the AX15 and my 33” tires. Wasn’t having any luck finding a D44 so decided to regear my D30 to match the rear. I actually decided to tackle this one myself after watching a few videos and borrowing a few tools. BGY had the best price I could find. $599 plus tax and shipping for a new tru-trac, gears, and Yukon set-up kit. Everywhere else was close to that price just for the tru-trac. Was surprised to find the broken R&P when I opened up D30. Probably been that way since I bought it. All put back together and working good. Setting it up wasn’t to difficult, just very time consuming going in and out to get the pinion depth and backlash just right. Attached a few photos of the broken R&P.
