Bud of mine had a slot machined into the tube, guess you could cut with cut off wheel or grinder, and welded down that slot... Makes sense! Try busting a 1" weld if penetrated pretty good into both bung and tube.

For anyone wanting the 4x4x2 box bracket.

I have printed it out on different printers to make sure it holds its measurements.

....Some day ...I'll have power steering!...Rear-end first...Driver rear wobbling big time!...saving up for everything, so I dont have to do it twice...(locker,axles, seals, bearings, brakes, and drums)... trips to the market only for now!...bummer!..Looks like "Bronco Graveyard" had the best deal on all that stuff, Are they a Good out fit?..I like "Toms Bronco", but some stuff is more expensive then other things the other guys have?

I've steered away from Bronco Graveyard over the years. I stick predominantly with Wild Horses and Tom's. Their customer service is head and shoulders over Graveyard and well worth the extra few bucks in my opinion. For common stuff like brake parts, etc you might want to check with your local parts house as well. They should have, or atleast be able to get all that stuff for you too. Nice thing about the Bronco houses though is you'll most likely get the right parts the FIRST time w/o the guess work at some of the chain stores...

Turned out nice! What was your source for the knuckles? I might investigate getting a set of those as well. Never heard of BBCS. You'll have to give me the scoop on'em in a couple weeks.

LOL! After closer inspection I guess they aren't Dedenbears. Looks like the tie rod mounts higher than my TRO but maybe not... Good "knock offs"!
