Will the stock copper/brass three row radiator handle the stock explorer motor or do I need the four row?
        Thanks

It will work fine. I would have it tanked, flushed, and pressure tested at a local shop. Typically, the factory shroud is too short to have at least half of the Explorer fan in it. You can modify it or purchase one of WH's aluminum ones....

Thanks Doug. I’m going to buy a new radiator at O’Reilly. Considerably less expensive with commercial account discount and is pretty much the same as the venders. Trying to use that saved money for the WH alum fan shroud and driveshafts and seats and and and. Haha

Now I need to get measurements to weld on the radiator brackets. Looks like the radiator mounting was different on the 67 versus a 74. Had to purchase the correct brackets. If anyone has pics and measurements, that would be greatly appreciated.
                  Thanks.

Also picked up radiator hoses from O’Reilly. Thanks Doug, for the numbers.

Thanks Broncrick. I was able to get measurements from Marc’s bronco. But now I would like to look at yours as far as where the steering box location and how it clears the radiator. I sent you a PM. Looks like my gearbox is not going to clear the radiator. So I will be looking at a new option for steering box. A 4x4x2 Or an F100.
And if anyone has one of those laying around they would like to sell, let me know.

Ahhhh the fun part. The wiring. You probably said somewhere in your thread, but what wiring harness are you using?

I bought the painless with 28 circuits and all new switches. Goes on sale at thanksgiving and Christmas for 25% off. Bought it at thanksgiving last year. Should’ve waited til Christmas cuz they offered free shipping at that time.
