The surprises keep coming. My 67 bronco did not come with the cardan style drive shafts. So I’ll be investing in new ones. Any recommendations? Found this out while trying to replace the u-joints. The end of the front drive line popped off. Thanks for any recommendations.
Well, the learning curve is in full force. While reading thru thenTBP catalogue, I realized that I cannot use either of the flywheels on my explorer swap. Lesson learned.

Because? Don't have the right imbalance for the motor? Did I miss something

The imbalance for pre 1981 302 engines and for all 351W engines is 28 ounce.
The imbalance for newer 302 / 5.0 engines is 50 ounce, which would still be 22 ounces out of balance with the earlier flywheel.
From my post over on classic Broncos.
I haven’t started the motor yet. So I don’t know if I have an in balance. I just happen to be reading the Tom’s bronco parts catalog last night and under flywheels I saw that there was a difference in the him balance for the 5.0 versus the older 302
Does anyone care to chime in on if this is correct or not.
Yes you will have an imbalance and you will feel it...
