        Looks like Jim's (slvregl) place is set up the best.

            So, thinking ahead, what size tube, how much is needed for a set of doors and.... where in the San Jose area is a good place to get the tube? Unless someone has the hook-up elsewhere for a mass buy on the tube? I want to be ready for WHEN Bender day 2.0 happens.

                Bender day 1.0 they used 20' of 1.75" tube .120 wall HREW

                1ea 20' stick did both doors.

                    All correct but I believe we used just over 1 stick. Per set of doors, and I would also recommend if someone could go where ever its going to be the day before or whenever and make one door so you have the numbers down and the build day will be that much easier. Just saying we spent a lot of time on the first door and wasted a stick I think.

                        I like that idea too.. but it will take some planning on how to mount.. a new thread for that one..
