If you mean the radius arm stubs, they are 12" from front face to where I cut them. The cutout you can see in the pic is 2" deep.

I got a question; What the hell is that in the background? Not the the thing with the skinny white walls, the other thing, the one with the fat black walls & missing half it's swingarm?

Oh, you mean this. Found it on craigslist last year. It looked lonely, so I decided to give it a good home

I'll call AA-Fab today. See if they can bend this stuff. They are in Elk Grove.

AA-Fab says thats a bit too big for them. [1"1/2 ok 2" no]They are worried about ther dies.. They suggested maybe a Harbor Freight bender and heating the metal.. Not too big of a investment if it blows up.. Or an exhaust bender because they are soo over built.

Pretty much what I heard over & over when I was looking for someone to do the bending. The bend is 9 degrees. That's the approximate amount that the stock arm angles out from the frame rail. If anyone's curious, I put the bend in so that the arm would still be at the same angle as stock, for tire clearance. In the end I got the bends done in Phoenix, arranged for me by a friend. There don't seem to be too many places that have the equipment to do a bend like that.

Because it is only 9 degrees, do you think it could be done a hydraulic press with a 2 inch tube bending die? It shouldn't kink only going to 9 degrees. I've got access to 50,000 lbs. press.
