      Re: Rockstar V2.0

Thanks. Hope to have it all tacked up Saturday after I pick up way too much unistrut track so I can put the piece in and cycle the suspension unlimited again to see if the diff hits at all or where to fix.

Gonna aim for 6" uptravel and 8-10" down.

Thanks. After 16 years of having this truck sit....it's truly time for Redemption. Sure plan to hit the Alberta trails as much as I can.

Hate the bowed looks of a softtop now.....and want to build an all around weather truck. Snow wheelin is a blast!

So on the search for a hard top.....

Was cleaning up the basement as I am taking off for another hopefully decent spell of work up north.....found the light bar that my buddy sold me due to he wanted a curved one for his off road tundra.

Vice gripped it to the windshield frame for now.

Looks good on there. Should be plenty of light going down the trail.

Just before I head north again for work again......better be two weeks minimum so I can afford to play again with parts to order. ( hope this local job comes up in my favour, I rather work 4/4 full time with 12s for less pay!

We picked up this little tank....so far she seems to be able to lay in one spot for a good hour grunting away. Molly, she should be a good wheeling dog!

Also in talks with a guy out east, two rear quarters for 100$ Cdn. Wanted them to close up the gap at front of tire after moving the diff back.

New to me rollcage. Double B pillar, 2” DOM.

Got delivered today at noon by 3 after grocery run.....bunch of tube I’d not need was cut off and cage now on the welding table to be cleaned up.

Not bad 750$ Cdn for it and a hardtop with no glass.

If you drive with rage, drive a cage.

Thanks. Coilover and seat mounts already cut out of it and somewhat smoothened underneath then placed up on the welding table as I gonna strip the LineX off of it and paint body colour which will eventually be Charcoal grey.

Gotta find seats with the lowest seat bottoms as this one is 2” DOM.
