I hope this works. Not the best at tech stuff. Did take the bronco out for its first drive in close to twenty years. Still things to do and may need to do a complete engine overhaul before it goes further than around town.

glad I was able to get on the the board. Got my first bronco last year and my dad and I are fixing it up and hope to have it done...errr driving next spring. Work has been getting in the way..lol

Hey guys, I heard about this page from a friend that used to live in the Reno area.
I am planning a trip to the Reno area for work with a couple of days to play on the Rubicon at the the end of this month, so excited!

I am in Las Vegas, moved here Salt Lake a few years back.

A little history on my Bronco, the name is Crossbreed, it is a '72 body on a '79 Frame, the axles are 2007 Super Duty locked front and rear with chromo shafts and Superjoints up front. The engine is built 408, 435 transmission, 205 Tcase with a Behemoth Strongbox Shorty mated to it, crawl ratio is 133:1, so nice!!!

Welcome!! You've got a very nicely built Bronco. Too bad you're not going to be around in July for our annual Rubicon trip. I'm sure you will have when you go! Again, welcome to NorCalBroncos!

I was on coyote with you when you decided to move the bolder on the trail. I unfortunately was walking since I brought my little brown bronco this year, and I'm in the first pic. Welcome to NCB.

Hah! Great intro Raleigh. Not only did you include pics (especially of Moab) but got one of our own caught in the act as well! Perfect timing.

You Reno/Tahoe members should try to get a little gathering going on for the visitor. If he's got any time between work and play that is. Be a good excuse for Pizza or wheeling.
Maybe even some of them have the timing right to join you on the trail.

You already have a trail group with you there Raleigh? Or you traveling solo for work this time?

Either way, welcome as well.

So it looks like there will be 3 or 4 of us from Vegas (i'll be the only Bronco from Vegas, the others are Jeeps). I'll be ther all week for work then hit the trail on the weekend.
I have a group of friends in Reno that all have fullsize Broncos that they beat the hell out of and wheel everywhere they can.
Should be a fun trip, of course if anyone from this group has the time it would be awesome to meet up with you and maybe even get some trail time in.

I'm just on 37" comp treps on the car. They measure a little over that. This was coyote last year.
