I don't have big plans just yet. I'd like a better roll cage and shoulder belts for safety but I'm just enjoying driving it for now. Runs fine after a new fuel filter and some cooling system tweaks.
First pic is in the driveway, second one is parked next to a student with good taste.

Hey everyone, Wade from Clovis...actually closer to Prather. I've had my 73 for about 27 years. almost got her back on the road again after a period of sitting. I'm getting the itch again BAD!

I'm a little delinquent, several posts before seeing this thread. Just bought my second EB. Had to sell my '68 when I moved to Chico for school. Wasn't running and needed a LOT of work, so it was just sitting in the back lot at a friend's business. Can't rely on their generosity for too long.

This new to me EB is a bit unusual. This is it somewhere on the White Rim Trail in Utah in '09:

I bought it from the builder, Quinn Dusenberry. There's a bit of a build thread on B'Fix. Spec's are: carb'd 351, 435/D20, 4.10's & ARB's. Winch bumper shown is gone, has a stock one for the moment. Scored a deal on an 8274 that I pick up tomorrow, but will have to build a bumper for it.
Truck will be more long range trips around the West and desert race-chase oriented than a crawler. At 128" WB it wouldn't make a good crawler anyway.

I harvested these: http://machinegenesis.smugmug.com/Ca...nTruck/n-s6kzt from this thread: http://www.broncofix.com/gallery/moab09. There's also a build thread on B'fix.

Glad to see you're back in the scene, sad to see Quinn leave also. That is one bad rig. I love the galvy frame.
I met you about a bazillion years ago at a SOB. Looking forward to your technical knowledge on this site.

                    DiLo!

I don't think that we've seen the last of Quinn. He's still a Hordesman, so there's hope.

The frame is a blessing and a curse. It's going to make mods that much harder because now everything has to bolt on, no welding. Can weld to it, it just would destroy the plating in the weld zone and I'm not willing to do that.

Just wanted to say hello. The family and I just moved to Discovery Bay last week. I've got a '76 with a long list of "I want to do this" but I think first things first is fixing a pesky carb issue that I'm having. Then there will be a suspension upgrade and tires.

Other than that, looking forward to seeing what kind of off-roading and camping is within easy reach of the Bay Area. Hope to be able to get out there and meet up some.
