I've never cooked swordfish before this evening and for a rookie flying by the seat of his pants I had good luck.
I heated the grill to 300, marinated the swordfish steak for about 5 minutes a side in some Yoshida's sauce, some lawry's seasoned salt and a little garlic powder. Cooked the swordfish for about 6-7 minutes a side until it was flaky. It came out very juicy and tender with lots of flavor. I think this may replace salmon as my favorite fish to cook on the grill. The Yoshida's carmelized slightly while grilling - which added a little something to it too.
