Over the weekend up at Coyote Lake, during one of my "bull in a china shop" moods I managed to break the latch handle on my ARB freezer/fridge. I am the first to admit it was due to abuse and not necessarily a manufacturer's defect.
Monday morning I called ARB to see about buying a replacement latch handle assembly and the customer service rep told me he'd send a replacement right out to me, free of charge and wouldn't even let me pay shipping.
Granted this was a cheap part that doesn't weigh much, but I have to say I'm impressed with their customer service focus and speed in addressing my concern. I might also add it was a good feeling to speak to someone in the USA and not in a third world country call center.
Anyway I figured I'd post a little public recognition... This is a company who still knows how to take care of its customers
