  • New member. New project

So I'm new here. New to Broncos for that matter.

I traded a rifle for what I'm calling "1969 Winter Project" Its not going to be a restoration by any means. Strictly a trail/fishing/hunting/camping rig.

Here it is when I brought it home.

No engine, 3 speed and Dana 20 of unknown condition, Drum brakes, rboken rear diff. Surface rust pretty much everywhere. But its a start.

    Here she is today. EFI 5.0-rebuilt NP435 & D20-2in body lift-33x10.5 BFG's ChroMO axles into the Dana 44, 31 spliners inthe 9"

    Herculined most of the tub.

    Removed the Anti-Stop braking system

Heres the list that sometimes seems like a mountain to climb.

    Convert to hydraulic clutch.
Run all new brake hard lines and install power booster.
Rewire everything (already got a harness)
Run fuel lines and pump (already got all this too)
Cut out and weld in new floors (Rot)
    Whatever I'm forgetting for now..............

      Welcome aboard!

Looks like a good foundation. Slowly but surely, we'll get you to throw some huge tires and a bunch of extra steel on it.

Welcome aboard and welcome to the sickness that is owning a Bronco. Just plan on doing twice as much to it as you think you will, then you won't be surprised.

X2 on the good trade. They still make rifles, they don't still make Broncos!

Yeah it resides on the lift at work (West Coast Differentials)

As far as the hood, it was already there unknown origin. SonicDonkey has dibs on it though!!!
