  • Project "NORK2BG"

Well it's been 15 years since I had finished my bronco for the Early Bronco Club 30th anniversary. Since then it has changed alot, but now it's going to the next level. Plans are as follows and hopefully I can have it ready by next years wheeling season.

Get new tub and narrow it 8 inches
Coilovers at all 4 conners update 7-03-13 coilover for the front
New cage to fit narrowed body
Move the rear axle back 6 inches update 7-03-13 rear axle moved back 3 in
Run a fuel cell update 7-03-13 going to run the 23 gal tank
    New wiring and new dash
Update 7-03-13 new 4x4x2 power steering
    May install hydroboost
    Paint will be orange
Plus keep it street legal in Nevada

I've heard really good things about ORI struts. Not sure how they handle driving on the road. I would run these if I had to do it again. They are fully adjustable and you don't need to run bumps or sway bars. Just a thought.

Also how were you going to narrow it 8"

I was leaning toward the King coilovers 2.5 with the 20 way adjustable reservoir or the new IBP internal bypass not to sure yet. What are you running and what size

Cutting out the rusted floor with the plasma cutter. Makes quick work now I have to use a spot weld cutter to get the rest of the floor off. Such a pain in the ass.

And he will have a Teva tan on his feet...

Given the history of flip-flop fires you would think he would have an extinguisher near by?

LOL! I used to weld in those short sleeved cowboy shirts with the pearl snaps and two pockets on the front. My whole torso would be scorched red except where the extra layers of material was in the the shirt down the middle for the snaps and on both sides for the pockets. Funny as shit.

I'm just going to slide the frame mounts for the 4 link back to where I want it. To make new links is to expensive plus they would be real long.
