Dusy Ershim 2010!

Planning ahead to this coming summer. After doing this trail last year, I am definitely going to do it again this year. Anyone want to join me? This is a three day trip. (Three days and two nights on the trail) The trail is 30+ miles long and some of the most beautiful country you will ever see. I'm shooting for July 24, 25 and 26. This is a Sat, Sun, Mon. The trail should open by then. Here are a few pics from last summers trip.

Dammmm I would of loved to go Bronco better be done by then. But I just put in my Vac. for the year and it is to close to Trek for me. Thanks for the invite

I'll pencil this in on my calendar when I get back to work. This sounds like a great trip and I'm looking forward to it. Maybe by then I'll come up with some kind of trailer.

I've done this trail before and it is very fun but long. I would like to go but I will be up there in the area camoing for 5 days the week before. I might be able to swing it.

Keep me up to speed. I can drive on the road, I just hate it.

If I remember right parts of that trail are VERY dusty so plan ahead.

That is true for all of our trails in the summer time.

Will do! There will be a few road miles to drive from the end of the trail back to the trailhead and trailers. They are mountain roads though, so you don't have to drive very fast on the paved roads.

Probably meet at the trailhead at Courtright Reservoir at 8:00am and head in.

I know there's a lot of time between now and then, but I'm assuming there's a place to camp somewhere near the trailhead? Would be nice to cruise in the night before, especially for us out of towners.
