  • Barrett Lake Trail 9/28/18

39 Ford and I decided to take a trip up to Barrett Lake this past weekend and we had a blast.
The trail is about 5 miles long and ranges from easy spots to some hard spots. We had to stack rocks a couple times to get up some of the ledges.

We ran into a group of Willys at the small lake and hung out with them around their "Costco" fire pit an off of propane. Which is legal when there are no burn days.

The trail is one way in and one way out sort of like Coyote Lake trail but with some big rocks.
We should try to make this trail a NCB trip next summer.

I'm in. Hopefully I'll have the brakes working by then. I actually wanted to run that trail on a quad this year. What bridge was that? New?

I did learn that because of all of the "MOON DUST" the rocks are very slippery.
You really need to air down to at least 10 psi so you dont slip on the rocks

I'm in to run that trail. Where is the trailhead? How long is the trial? Good camping?
