  • First Bronco and lots of ?'s

I am looking for Retractable Lap/Shoulder belts for the front seats and just lap belts for the back seat. Seeing if anyone has upgraded to the harness style and wants to get rid of their old ones? Also can anyone direct me where to go to get the best deal on them if i need to buy them brand new. The input seal on my tranny is leaking its a manual 3 speed where can i get that seal without having to buy the entire kit?

Wild horses sells a retractable kit for the bronco. It sells for $150.00 . You could go to pick and pull and yank the stuff a lot cheaper.
Jeff's Bronco graveyard sells a 3 point harness that has a retractable doo-hickey on the rear harness strap behind the seat. Not sure on the price. Think it was $70 - $80 a seat. Nice to have the security of a full harness and the ability to reach forward and touch the dash.

Re: First Bronco and lots of ?'s

I have those corbeau retractable 4-pt harnesses for my front seats. I really like the belts, however my choice of seats has limited the retractor's functionality. As the belt comes through the seat there's friction between the belt and the relief in the seat back and thus the retractor doesn't retract like your normal retracting 3-pt harnesses would.

Hope that makes sense. I didn't get much sleep last night.

Looks like we have to bend up some tube for the front portion of your cage.

              Cole,
I'll attach some links to a few of the vendors I've (we've) gone through. You can shop and compare prices for new stuff... Add these to your "favorites" as you'll need them fairly often... Just as a heads up, Tom's and JBG do not charge sales tax! Not sure on Duff's... ALL are very helpful and friendly. When you get back checkout Wildhorses shop in Stockton! Great place and great stuff (as your budget allows...).

You'll have all your flight, Hazard duty, and Emminent (sp?) Danger pay spent in Nothin' flat!!!
