  • 67 Spare tire mount Q?

My 69 had the swing away and Ranch Hand, before I built a ‘shelf, my 68 had a custom rear mount fabbed by Patrick.
This stock 67 has no evidence of a mount anywhere. No bulkhead, or tailgate hardware or holes anywhere!. Toms sells an inner tailgate mount or do I fab a bedside mount with the rollbar and inner bedside? Just lay it flat since there is no rear seat? Any ideas guys? Pics are nice
    thanks

I never liked the body mounted swing away stock carrier that was on my 1970. Just from general use (ok, somewhat hard use) it was tearing the rear quarter loose. Long gone. Have had a bumper mounted swing away carrier since 2001. All that said, if you don't have a back seat I'd do a bedside mount on the roll bar unless it's just a weekend ice cream getter. Then I might consider a stock swing away, assuming that was even an option in 1967.
1970, Exploder 5.0 with P heads, EEC-IV EDIS, lots of wiring.

No exterior option on the 67 thankfully!
Looks like my first choice will be implemented, roll bar type of mount behind seat, vertical
        Thanks!
