Just wondering if anyone runs a pintle hitch on an off road trailer? Thinking fixing up an old trailer (built for my bronco 30 years ago) and thinking about trying a pintle hitch.....Just thinking for camping nothing to extreme....

I put one on my wheeling trailer. But I went with one that swivels all the way around. That way if the trailer goes over. It won’t bend the frame on the bronco. I’d send a pic but I’m on the east coast at the moment. If you want I can send one when I get back to CaliComment

I have a pintle hitch on a small Canadian military trailer. I like the 360 degree articulation and bullet proof connection. It is a little noisy but no problems with jarring.Comment
