  • 05+ Super Duty axle shaft strength...

For those that are running 2005 and newer Super Duty Dana 60’s, are the stock shafts pretty strong? I know they’re 35 spline with 1480 joints. Apparently 2017 and newer have 1550 joints that are 30% stronger and crazy cheap new. Just wondering if I should even bother running stockers or just get chromoly.
SOLD: 1975 Ford Bronco: 105" wheelbase, King 14" c/o shocks, King 2" air bumps w/ Duff arms, 4 link rear w/ coils. Fuel injected 408W, ZF 5 speed/Atlas II(4.3) and Dana 60/70 axles with 5.13 gears and ARB's, 41.5/13.5R17 Pitbull Rockers on 17" Raceline Monsters.

Yeah, but not with a Bronco. Needed something bigger to fit the whole family.

ok I will. Didn’t know how accepted it would be since it’s not a Ford.
