  • Wheel clearance and backspacing

Does anyone see any issues with running 15x10 wheels and 3.5" BS as far as turning and disc brake clearance? I want to run 33x12.5x15 tires and its bit hard to decipher through all the opinions. Thanks.

What year Bronco? 76-77 can be tight fitting in the front...

Stock steering set up or modified?

With around a 3.5" lift and cut fenders you shouldn't have any body rubbing. I ran that setup for several years w/ drums and then a chevy disc swap both tie rod over and under knuckles. Clearance to the backing plates is tight but doable. A ford disc setup may be different, I don't have experience with them.
Here is a old picture with that setup. 3.5" suspension 1" body lift.

        73. Just a regular power steering setup. The wheels I have now are very close to the backing plate but it clears. Wasn’t sure if I should go with 17’s.

Thanks. Yeah, my ford disc setup is tight, but it clears. Hoping it will be the same with slot mags and 3.5” bs.

17" will give you more tire options, + the brake clearance... if you can deal with the look... I mean 15" are what Broncos came with.

With 4" BS it is best to do a test fit...

Exactly. I'm worried I won't like the look once I get them on. thanks
