  • Spray on insulation and sound deadener

I would like to add some sound and temperature insulation to the inside of my bronco. I was considering beadliner, but it is a real pain to work with if you want to change anything and does not have great heat and sound insulation.

Looked at Lizard skin, it seems like a good option but when I started looking around on the internet it sounds like you can make my own for way less.
    1. Use good quality house paint (maybe floor and porch) or garage floor paint (less than $25/gallon)
    2. Add ceramic "micro balloons" (about $10 per gallon?)
    3. Spray it on with a undercoating gun like this one on ebay ( about $20)

Has anyone done this? It looks like you could line the inside and roof of a bronco for less than $100 and color match it too

Interesting! Keep us updated on what you find out. I thought the Lizard skin had some other adhesives added to it???
