Rear Seat Quick Release?

Looking for rear seat quick release ideas. I don't always need the rear seat in the Bronco and when I don't, it a pain in the ass to unbolt it. Have you guys messed with this and if so could you post up a pic or two of it. Safey is the most important because the little ones are glued to that seat. Thanks for any advice or pics! Patrick
