Explorer ECUs are easier to find than Mustang's these days... One of the 1st things people pull out of a Mustang, as they know it has value.

I’m late to the party, but I sent 3 computers to a company on eBay called ECU exchange, they replaced caps, tested, and reloaded the software for $80 each, I think it’s $120 each normally but I got a bulk discount.
Nothing custom here, they fixed my broken ones.
If you need a loaner ECU, I have oneMark Harris
71 Bronco, 9 inch, 60, c4, Stak 3 speed, and 42 inch balloons.
