NP435 with straight pattern t-case

This is a complete T-18 with stock dana 20 (straight pattern 2.46). I just pulled it out of my bronco to go to an automatic. It comes with everything....flywheel, clutch, slave cylinder, trans, adapter and t-case. Yes, it is filthy. Everything worked fine when it was pulled out. I just drove it this past weekend.
Asking $500....make me an offer if you think its to high.
