  • Tire Shop Recommendations - Sacramento

I'm in the market for new tires and looking for some shopping locations. I've checked in at a few places and have a good idea on price. Seems like BFG K2s are back ordered everywhere. I'm looking for a ProComp, Toyo, or BFG All Terrains.

I'm in Sacramento but am mobile enough to travel outside the area for good deals.

So where are your favorite spots??

I have bought a few sets of tires online for considerable savings. Are you an Amazon Prime member? I got the last set of tires for my truck on Amazon and they qualified for Prime shipping. That was before they started charging sales tax; I easily saved a couple hundred bucks over the best prices I could find locally.

My dad bought a set of wheels and tires from Tire Rack for his Chevelle, also quite a bit cheaper than what he could find locally. Sometimes Tire Rack has good specials running.

Installation - you can't beat Walmart. I want to say it was less than $10 per tire for mount and balance, and lifetime rotations.

If you are set on the brick-n-mortar route, I have always liked America's Tire.

Souzas tire is always willing to work with you on prices and knows 4x4's a little more then the average tire store.

Great call on Amazon Tony, I didnt think to check there. I did look and the pricing was fair but not better than most shops. So far 4Wheel is tge front runner on price and warranty of 50k on ProComps. BFG pricing seems cheaper elsewhere ie American Tire and other box tire shop. 4Wheel is backordered on K2s until April fyi

Im being patient and not in a hurry to fork over cash for 5 35s so I'll see what I come up with. Keep the suggestions coming too please, love to find a local guy to support if they can get close on price.
