I might have a front bumper for sale if that Hanson mass buy on Classicbroncos.com ever gets off the ground.
I have a Guardian Pre-runner front bumper by Protofab which I bought through Wild Horses about 1 1/2 years ago. Its in perfect condition and might sell it off if I decide to go with Hansons.
cost me about $150 to do my cage. Accessory Powder Coating at Garfield and Auburn did it. I also had some spring done at Powder Technology out in Folsum a long time ago. I wouldn't think it would cost much more then $100 to do a bumper.

i use the guy at the bottom of sunrise.. he does great work and prices are fair. I have had stuff done before at other shops and wasn't happy. When you get the bumper done you should ask them what thickness they use and make sure they are doing production work.. the reason for the production work is that the oven to do the powder coating takes a while to heat up. i had a job done by a shop in stockton that did not have the correct temp in the oven and the powder coat came out weird..
