Are these Broncos really selling for 25 to 30 K ? Or more likely the asking price and selling for 15 to 20 K. I know I have too many vehicles, but if I ever sell my "street" bronco , I'll be priced out of the market to get another.

I looked at a $14K bronco with no motor and lots of Patina... Was considering a Patina build... And someone from SoCal offered a $1K more and it sold.

Every once in a while, I go on Craigslist and look at 68-72 Ford Trucks or 65 - 70 Mustangs and I am appalled at the condition and prices.

A stock Bronco seems to command a good price, while a modified Bronco takes longer to sell at a lower price...
Back in the day if we had know then what we know now... We would have had a garage full of these older rigs that could have been bought for little or nothing (in those dollars) and sold today for big bucks. At some point they will not command big dollars, kind of like the cars from the 50's and earlier... Not a lot of buyers from the age group still driving and desiring the cars from their youth.

Saw this one last night... Thought, not a bad price for today's market.Crazy at some of the prices we are seeing out there.
Originally bought mine basically stock 13 years ago for $3,500.

EDIT: Looks like the ad is now deleted. It was $7k, slight wrecked front, typical rust everywhere, all stock, etc.

I haven't looked lately, but there was a very clean Orange Bronco (with some funky wheels) that the seller was asking for something in the $40k range.
Well, so far as the last time I looked, it was still there over three years later!
Looked like a private party sale at first, then either a dealer or a consignment dealer, but the ad in one form or another was up constantly, and only varied by about $2,000 over that multiple year run.
Just checked, and it's finally gone! Wow, what a run...

Although, it's been replaced by a nice Orange one down by 904 for.... Only $65k!

I've been looking and finding parts I need on Craigslist but I don't want to acquire the beer bug to go get them. That green bronco could have potential , but how much rust is too much for $2800?
