    Tent repair?

    Does anyone know how or if you can repair rips/tears in a nylon Coleman tent? Do they make a repair kit of some kind? My tent ended up with a bunch of holes in it after this past Rubicon trip.

      Was there an explosion in the fire? Or huge helicopter mosquitos?

        I've used this kit a few times on my tent: http://www.rei.com/product/684939/co...ent-repair-kit

        The patches have stayed on for years with no issues. Beats buying a new tent!

          If you can hold out to the end of the season, clearance tents are super cheap.

            No, just a drunk person acting like a child that thought it was funny to throw rocks at my tent while I was trying sleep.

              Been there myself... it was more funnier to everyone else around when I dragged him and his tent under my truck then he slammed his head on the skid plate. Now no one fucks with me when I sleepin.

                  Seems like we have had a few events cancelled because folks got out of line... I hope someone steps up and takes ownership for their actions... Maybe even handle this damaged equipment.

                              THAT is one hellva tent (I mean house) It would be great for me and my boys, but I would hate the task of setting it up and tearing it down.
