The Best Potatoe Salad
2 1/2 lbs of red potaoes, peeled and cut into 3/4 inch cubes
5 Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cup (not too well drained) sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups Miracle Whip
1/4 red onion , chopped fine
1/2lb bacon, chopped
Cook Bacon crisp chop up, Boil the potatoes till tender . Drain and cut into cubes. Hard-boil eggs, while still hot mix in large bowl add all ingredients and mix well..(but be gentle don't destroy the potatoes) Serve warm, or cold..
Follow this recipe and you will be amazed. We have been making this recipe for 20+ years... Try it this way the first time you make it.. then if you want to change it up let me know how and what you did...
