I'll be doing a brined, injected smoked turkey on my Green Mountain Grill pellet smoker. I'll post post pictures of the finished product.

I’ll be doing a ribeye. Wife and kid are headed out of state, so I’m running solo. Me, and my garage are going to be intimate.

I rarely spend Thanksgiving at home with my Kamado and outdoor kitchen, so a week or so ago I did a big turkey breast which was fantastic.
Will likely be tending to my Dad's Traeger for the main event, a big turkey.
