Some bad reviews, but a lot of good. Has two probes, one for the meat and one for the smoker. Next purchase is a temperature controller fan that regulates the air intake to the smoker throttling the temperatures. Im not that good about staying up all night and I finally got pissed enough after over cooking the last 40 dollar brisket!
Something like this, but still need to do more searching. This one monitors 3 separate meats. If I get this one, the Maverick will be moved to the Weber since this one is permanently mounted to the smoker.
