SHIPPING & PAYMENT - Flat Rate Shipping: $9.00

PAYPAL - PLEASE, pay me using your bank account and NOT CC or Debit card to avoid fees.

As stated earlier, per policy 3% is added so "we" "NCB" do not get jammed up since we will be doing almost 50 transactions. If you choose not to that is on you.

Not sure, I just added it to be safe. I didn't send the 9$. Figured I would just pick mine up when they come in. He's a short distance from me....
